I went to eat last night with my family for the first time there in 5 years. Before we've always had great service. Last night however was awful. My dad's steak was only fat and gristle. My brother in law didn't get a drink. His food was messed up multiple times. My nieces food was never brought out until we reminded the server twice. Mine and my mom's was decent but nothing to brag about. The manager was great and did what she should have done in the situation. But honestly it was a huge let down. Outback is hands down a better steak house than here.
It was good food and not to long of a wait. I enjoyed my stake and my wife and daughter had the beef tips and rice they seemed to enjoy it also we will be back again.
I live in Arkansas and was on vacation. First time ever coming to this one. I will never go back the service was awful. They ran out of potato and never let us know and steaks. Food came out at different times. We never received all our food and was there for two hours. The waiter was very rude. I will NEVER RETURN!!!!!!
See edit below: My wife and I eat here often and I never get a bad steak. The food and service are always wonderful. The chicken and pork chop are also a nice entre option. It is always very busy so I would highly recommend call ahead seating!
Edited 12/26/17. We eat at a steak house every Christmas Eve. It has been our long standing family tradition. I have always loved TX Roadhouse. But Christmas Eve 2017 was a very unpleasant experience. Our order was lost and we waited for over an hour to get food. Once we got our food my smothered chicken was really dry. However the steaks received by the rest of my family were very good. The manager did give us a 20% discount for the inconvenience but I really did not sense a sincere apology for the problem. I believe that our waitress was fairly new as the manager was called to 2 other tables in our area (no idea what for). For me to be a reputable Google Guide, I feel it is important to update ratings when a business that I have always loved does something like this. I hope that it was an "off night" for Texas Roadhouse and not a change in the overall level of service. I will certainly update this review after we eat there again in the future.

Worst service ever. Got there at 7:35pm seated at 8:47pm at 10:25 pm still no food. Will never go back to this one.
