Out of Chicken Mcnuggets and Tenders. Employee at 2nd window very unfriendly and practically dropped our food. I caught it. He never spoke 1 word to us. Overall a disappointing visit.
It's 5:30 no reason for ice cream machine to be cleaned. Oh I'm sorry, the correct term is down.
Nothing but lazy employees.
I have been here since 5:15 and it is now 5:39... this place is ridiculously slow. Never coming back. *update* finally got my order and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I was also here a few days ago and they also gave me the wrong order. I don't care if you gave me 100 free burgers I wouldn't come back. I'm done. How hard is it to take a order?
Management had a rude attitude employees were screwing off people were waiting long time for food. Food came out cold then when they went to replace it they want to give me less than what I've purchased will never go back please stay away folks save your money.
I went there last night to try some of their chicken strips. I ordered them. The person at the drive through took my order. I paid at the first window after sitting in line for quite some time. Then I noticed my entire receipt was wrong. They rang me up for the wrong order. I brought this to the attention of the young man at the second window. I had to explain to him several times that my entire receipt was wrong, not just a little wrong. It took him some time to comprehend that. Then he comes back and tells me that they're out of chicken strips. I asked them why they didn't tell me this when I ordered before I sat in line for 20 minutes. He replied, "I didn't take your order." Again he couldn't comprehend that I didn't mean him personally, but the person taking orders. Finally the manager came to the window in a huff with my money in her hand. I thanked her and she rolled her eyes. Her whole attitude was pretty much that I was the problem and not their incompetence. I'm staying clear of this location from now on.
