Do not use this place. They are incredibly dishonest people that will not stand by there word even when they admit they were wrong. This includes the regional manager. Their work is just ok but you can get that anywhere and deal with honest people! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. The culture comes from the leaders and their leaders are dishonest!

Outstanding customer service. That's hard to find these days. Not just great customer service but these guys actually care. After having my car back a couple of weeks David called just to see how everything was going. Now he calls @ least once a month. So, name one place in today's world you can find that quality of service. Good luck. I've referred four friends there. All were treated the same.They really care about customer service & doing the right thing. They're just so damn dedicated you feel like your their only customer. If you go somewhere else without giving these guys a shot, well you just go right ahead. It could be an extremely cost full mistake. Those other guys tell you one thing then when they have it laying around, one part here & another over there & Bubba can't find what he removed from your vehicle 30 minute's earlier. I got an estimate and informed my insurance company that I would be using ABRA. When looking up their number again I ran across the other reviews. It kind of freaked me out, but I figured it was too late to change. I'M GLAD I DIDN'T!!! I was told the job would take about 8 days and I was excited about that, but I knew that if I wanted it done right I had to be patient. They kept me updated with text messages and phone calls and I even got my vehicle back before the 8 day time frame. GREAT JOB MS. DONNA AND CREW!!!!
