The nurse in the clinic is very rude. Showed up an hour after my appointment. When I said I was paying cash she really got rude and I was misdiagnosed to top it all off. If I could give 0 stars I would.
After visiting urgent care and the doctor Lindsay forgetting to call in my prescription in.... actually forgot to even give me my shot.. (I literally had to remind her) i decide today that ill go to walgreens clinic. Please keep in mind, I was never ugly to this woman. At the end of the visit i smiled and said thank you. Even though she did not help me ay all. I schedule my appt at work on my lunch break for 6:40pm . Anyways.. I show up for my appointment at 5:20 hoping that the doctor may have time to squeeze me in a little early. I see the doctor in the restroom.. smile and say hi as I always do. No emotion, response, or hospitality. Ok that is fine. I then go back to my seet and wait almost 2 hours for her to see 3 patients that had sinuses. (I know this because I heard them say so and I just had the same junk last week). 7:15 rolls around and I finally get called in. Never says hi or anything. As soon as i walk in.. do i need to weigh you... how much do you weigh.. i tell her. How tall are you. I tell her. Whats going on? A few people up at work called out aick and turns out they had strep. Well . My throat and ear are killing me. I want to be sure i do not have it. She said "Oh.. Well i dont have a strep test" i say okay.. well, i know I have an ear infection.. i still do not have my prescription for that and my ear iskilling me. She said, they dont want us 'flashing' ears anymore. I said okay? Do you know of a doctor i can go see that will actually pay attention to me?! She said all i can tell you is come see me at 9am in OLIVE BRANCH. Seriously? I then got a text saying i cancelled my appointment. no i didnt you wouldnt help me! And that is YOUR JOB. after telling me i needed to reschedule at 9 am... She had the nerve to tell me I need to hurry and schedule it because they usually stay booked up. Youd think since im literaly running a fever and ear so swollen you said "you cant even see in it" that i already had the first spot reserved. Im disgusted and we will be complaining to a higher authority tomorrow at walgreens when im diagnosed by a DIFFERENT doctor. She didnt check my vitals, she didnt check my temp, AND said she couldnt even help with my ear.. not couldnt but WOULDNT. This post is incredibly gramatically incorrect but this is not okay. It needs to be addressed. I dont care who that woman is OR what degree she has. Her attitude sucks.
My husband had strep about a month ago. We were walk ins that got prompt and compassionate care. Best clinic experience I've ever had. Now I'm feeling under the weather, I'm about to go myself. Cannot recommend this clinic enough!
