Sales manager very knowledgeable about appliances and current promotion to save money. During the purchase process she reviewed detail charges and requirements before purchase. Very proffessional and pleasant to work with. Have not recieved appliances yet so not able to comment on quality and installation.

I think my complaints here is only one employee spoke to us and she was handing out coupons at the door for cleaning supplies. I wanted to purchase a refrigerator, waited for 15 minutes for guy to ask if he could help us. He stayed on phone, and tried to avoid eye contact. Needless to say, we bought elsewhere. Store was not well kept. I was very disappointed compared to other Home Depots. Hopefully they change for the better.

Employees helped load kitchen cabinets on cart and helped me find the right brass for my air strike. Quick checkout. Perfect visit to the Southaven Home Depot. Keep up the good work

The cashiers are angry at life. Home Depot really needs to focus on people that they serve and not just the dollar. Hire people that enjoy what they do and the money will flow more freely.

After being on hold for about 6 minutes and then transferred to the lumber department I asked the young man that answered the phone to he have 1 X 6 12" in treated wood and replied some like he think they do. Then I asked him to they have 5, 1 x 1 12" and he said he do. Then I replied I understand but I am coming from West Memphis and could he check and make sure that they have it and he replied it will take a little while and I said okay. He just started doing whatever because I could hear him and the forklift horn on the phone. I heard to male voice and I heard at one point that one male asked the other male what time do you get off and the other one replied 4. (When I first called Home Depot it was 11:50 am and when the phone finally went dead it was 12:40 pm). I called back and asked to speak to the store manager and the female asked me what it was about and I replied that I was a customer and I wanted to talked to him or her. The phone went dead again. I called back and when she answered I replied the phone went dead and she transferred me to a someone name was Michael and when I asked what was his job title he claimed Human Resource. He stated that he was going to look into the problem and get back with me. This problem could off been handled better within the store but it wasn't. I really don't think that Michael if that is his name is with Human Resource. After Anthony look into the problem he did try to correct it.
