They lost a pair of pants. They said they would pay for it if I bought a receipt. I didn't have the receipt since the pants were over a year old. I understand losing the pants, I even understand wanting a receipt but they charged me for the dry cleaning! Since I had dropped of other clothes, I had to pay it just to get the rest of my items. I will never use them again.
I picked up my clothes one day and notice that the blouse were still dirty and my pants had no crease...the pants were suppose to be heavy starch and blouses dry clean....tried to send them back for a redo and the owner said he wasn't redoing them...I just took my clothes and left and found another dry cleaner......Written by Jessie Davis!!!!
First, I'm not the type to leave reviews, however, I had to review this business. PLEASE check your clothes before leaving!! I brought a shirt in to be heavy starched. When I picked the shirt up, it had a yellowish stain on the cuff as if they pressed it TOO LONG!!! The owner/staff said I brought the shirt in that way and I know for a FACT, the shirt didn't have a stain. Long story short, they are LIARS and refuse to admit their wrong! Do not trust their business! If you do business with this company, please take pictures of your clothes before dropping off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
