App would not work. I've used it several times and it has worked great. For whatever reason this time it wouldn't and I had to call the store, which is fine but the manager that I spoke to was rude and said he could not give any kind of discount even though the Retail Me app coupon for Domino's as well as just the regular Domino's coupons through their app would not work for multiple tries over 45 minutes. The manager was rude and offered no discounts and wouldn't even try to be helpful and told us it would be an hour before we got our food.
It's just after 5pm on a Friday...I ordered almost exactly 30 minutes ago. I already has my pizza!!! Super quik...
ordered online and talked to someone for help as it was my first time doing it online. One and 1/2 hours later- no pizza. I called to ask and was told they had been busy but it’s on it’s way. No pizza yet 10minutes later and I live less than 10 miles away. The first rep was a lady she sounded helpful. Second rep had an attitude. Not happy customer.
Every time I order everything is perfect, it's quick, it's easy, carryout or pickup. This is one of the best Domino's I've had the pleasure of living near! Jason and Tori always get my order right.
