My girlfriend and I used this company last week and our move couldn't have gone better. This is the first time I have used a moving company as I have always thought of them being expensive. It saved us so much time, headache, and was worth every penny. The office staff was friendly and our movers couldn't have worked harder. We will be using again!
I would highly recommend this firm. The professionalism was outstanding and they have great attitudes. The phone service was very polite, helpful and thorough to information and helping with exact needs of service. The movers are careful and caring with the know how to pack a truck tightly and fittingly. They are respectful to the needs and concerns of the client.
Chris at Two Men and a Truck went totally above and beyond. I set up a move that was supposed to take place on a Monday morning. The night before a family emergency occurred and I needed to cancel the move. I called and left a voice mail on Sunday afternoon thinking that I would hear from someone early Monday morning. I was wrong. Chris called my cell phone on a Sunday afternoon to let me know that he received my voicemail and the we could reschedule without any problem. How many people actually put forth an effort on their day off? I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with Chris and the rest to the Two Men and a Truck crew.
The whole team was very helpful from the moment I called in. I worked with different members and they were all profesional and knowledgeable. In fact, the owner came out personally to look at my items and quote my move. He let me know that his team was the best and I never felt like I was being "sold." I got three other quotes from other local companies and no one came close to the service I received from this company. On move day the movers showed up on time eager for the task that I am thankful I didn't have to do. In fact, they were extremely fast and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I have nothing bad to say about this company and will plan to use them if I ever need to move again.
I have used this branch of Two Men and a Truck several times. They have been very courteous and I have yet to have a bad experience. The manager Will was incredibly polite and made sure all of my furniture was handled with care. Would highly recommend!
