The skate park and walking trails are nice.
Nice clean park. Had a playground for the kids. Also a frisbee golf course. Couple ponds. Always clean when I've been there. Lots of parking. We're from the north, so the abundance of lizards kept the kids busy chasing them more than anything else.
Poorly maintained, becoming gang territory, calling it dangerous is being generous... Parents beware. The Southaven park by the city hall is insanely safer being next door to Southaven pd
Need to clear out the woods also bad about tall grass. Plus Wendell need to leave alone always moving baskets. Bud hill rules this corse is for the rest you none playing fools got a walking trail disc corse people every where can't play cause of damn distractions. Kids on bikes ride right in front of you. Last week a mom had kids and baby carrage on golf ter box. Or Tyrone kids pick up thrown disc and run off with it .
This is a great place for a picnic or gathering. Beautiful scenery and nice play areas. Very clean restrooms and seating areas. Might need to bring hand soap and tissue though.
The playground ALWAYS has trash everywhere on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Perhaps the park could arrange cleanup these days.
