This place is an absolute joke my package was out headed to my house 4 days ago when I look up the tracking detail it just says delayed and I’ve been on hold 2 days now for over 45 mins and have yet to talk to an actual person. Never again I will use ups or fedex from now on
I was suppose to receive two packages in my mail 3 days ago but only received one even though the other package was shown that it was delivered but it was not. So i called and a guy named Alan was very nice and tried his best to find out what happen. Today he called me back saying he found my package because it didn't have my full address it. Thank you Alan for a wonderful customer service and saving Halloween for my son.
The employees, EXCEPT the custodian, are the nastiest people you want to encounter. Don't bother talking to the supervisor either- He sides with them even when wrong. The front workers can be rude and cocky at times and try to make you feel two feet tall. The back workers constantly place mail in the wrong PO box.
Their services are horrible never delivered my items on time sometimes never delivered , the employees are very lazy they dont bother helping finding the package or checking they are rude as hell .They never provide any phone number to follow up or complain .
Rude on the phone. Ask dumb obvious questions.
