I had the same problem when I moved out of my apartment a year ago I had old funiture I didn't want I put out next to the dumpster Misty called my phone went off and told me if I didn't pick up my funiture she will file charges when I got there the police was waiting
Worst experience ever. Moving out and cleaning the apartment and the manager was so rude and tthreatened to call the police because we were told by a maintenance work to put our furniture in a dumpster area. Beyond ridiculous. Don't even care about the deposit anymore. So happy to be done with them.
