You very much get what you pay for. With that being said, the room was clean. Vent fan in the bathroom didn't work. The bed was made of some form of foam and sank really bad in the middle. It is a pet friendly hotel, which is a big bonus. The floors were some form of vinyl, but looked nice. Overall, I would stay there again.
The stay was great til our departure day we were woke up at 9:30am and housekeeping was told by owner to tell us we had to go when check outside not til 11:00 am....that was rather rude not sure if we will stay again...
Towels had hairs in them, guy at reception didn't even apologize. Water pressure was low in sink, stopper didn't work in tub, hairs on tub, beds were hard. I offered to take my trash out and when I asked the pregnant lady at reception, she just said the only one they had was a dumpster all the way around the back on the other side. They choose to treat the pool on a Saturday and after we walked by the desk and the guy at reception saw us and only lets us know after we walk back inside to ask about the lock. People were loud and jumping in the the pool and nothing was done abut it. Lady working Saturday night had a friend helping her behind the counter and was cussing every other word and talking very loudly. No sitting areas in the room. How can you have a microwave and refrigerator but nowhere to sit and eat. No iron, hair dryer, or coffee pot. For this price I expected, and have received from other hotels, these items. But no worries about me getting them, I won't go back here and everybody, all 400, people on my facebook account knows every reason why.
My room looked clean for the most part but i did feel like I was being bitten by something in the bed all night. Shower was not totally clean and the stopper didn't stay open while taking a shower. The wifi was not great either. It didn't work half the time. I think though that overall the room met my expectations. I'd return again.
The location of the hotel was easy to find. The room had a dirty floor and smelled. The bathroom door hinges needs to be oiled they made too much noise. When housekeeping came to service our room we asked for more towels and they never gave us any and they never cleaned our room. The housekeeper was smoking in our room and we smelled it when we returned. I know it was the male housekeeper smoking when we were about to check out he came right in behind us with a cigarette already lite. We have a child that has asthma and those are one of the triggers for him to have breathing problems. We will never stay there again and never recommend this hotel.
