We were checked in by a very friendly front desk. After arriving to our first room, the toilet would not work. We were quickly changed to another room and had no problems! The hotel needs a little updating in the bathroom, but otherwise was clean. Breakfast was above average. Overall good stay.
Lazy slow moving employees. Had to physically walk to back room and get someone to check me in. Overcharged, blamed on computer. Phone in room wouldn't stop ringing for messages. Front desk no help, unplugged. No personality, just perfunctory questions and nothing more. Non recognition of diamond status. Only decaf in room, stained towels. Don't worry, I'll never come back here.
Mildew smell. Dirty shower. Good location.
The young lady at the front desk was really nice,but when we got to our room this is what we seen and housekeeping was really slow about cleaning it mmm.
Dirty and saw a cockroach in the hallway but the staff was nice and great breakfast
