Okay at this particular location... Each and everytime, you order a pizza it's not hot and ready when you come inside. The lines are usually long all the way outside the door. Once you order and finally receive your pizza, it's all warm and gummy as if it had been sitting under the burner all day.
I want to take a moment to let everyone know the appreciation I have for the employees at the Horn Lake, MS store. I was in there on Friday night, the cars were wrapped around the building, the dinning room was FULL, And cars in the parking lot waiting on their orders. There was 2 young employees working the window, call in orders, and dinning room. These two never skipped a beat they were working very hard, getting everyone in and out as fast as they could but what impressed me and what I appreciated the most was the smile and courtesy they NEVER lost. In the world we live in that is really hard to find and these two deserve much credit. I wish I would have got their names. Very impressive how they all worked very well together to get everything out like they were. Thank you for great service.
I like this location. It is fast and the people are friendly. Busy during peak hours, but still pretty fast service.
