Great friendly service, good food, great prices
Had a gross experience with our waitress. It seemed as if she had just rolled out of bed that morning and didn't take the time to clean herself up and look presentable for her restaurant job. She still had eye boogers, white drool crust on her lips, her nails where so long and you can see the food inside the nail. And she came to our table to get our order as she patted her head. When someone is out eating, those are the last things you want to see! There should be a manager there that corrects things like this!!! But there wasn't. So we ate our food with a sick stomach :( will not be back
Janet was an amazing server. Very sweet and prompt. Food was steamy hot and delicious!! We go every week! Rebecca was lazy. Stayed outside the entire time we were there.
The food was good but we ordered onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms on our hash brown bowl and they skimped us on both orders then tried to make us believe that the add ons was in there!!!!!!!
My husband and I went to the waffle house on Dunbarton in Horn Lake on Thursday morning, September 7 around 9:00a.m. We were greeted among entering. We sat there about 5 minutes without a server coming over or acknowledging us furthermore. There was two tables two ladies (getting up to leave) and two gentlemen (finishing up their meal ) and about 6-7 people working. They clearly was not busy, because they decide to congregate and converse. While doing so a single gentleman walked in to do a to go order and they started serving him immediately! So my husband and I decided to get up and leave. I said "Thank you" as we walking towards the door. One server replied back "Thank y'all, come back and see us". So I said " No, No one even came to our table"! Apparently we was in section two because they was trying to figure out who was the sever of that section. So to you Waffle House whose is open 24 hours daily, please get your staff together!!! I hate I had to give you 1 star.
