Pizza was cold and all the slices were separated from each other.
It's perfect for small kids. Need more games where the parents can participate with their children.

What a disappointing experience. More than 20 years of bringing kids to chuck e cheese. This is the worst ever. Miss angie was never nice just straight up rude from beginning to end. She complained that there was only 3 ppl on staff and they are trying.
4- chicken bbq with tater bites.
After 25 min and seeing others get their food with numbers higher than mine. Some of the food finally came out. It was only the pizza and the chicken bbq with pretzel bites. No appetizer. No tater bites no Italian sub.
She took our order.
While waiting I look at the receipt I noticed that the italian sub was missing missing on the receipt. I went back to miss angie. She was already in a heated discussion with another customer. When she asked what I needed I told her that my wifes Italian sub was missing on the receipt. She tried to argue with me that I told her that we did want it to replce it with the chicken bbq instead. I told that was never said and she said it was.
3- pretzel bites

Took a long time to get our order taken due to angie walking away while we asked the new menu and points system. She done this several times. Your video will prove that.
Came and we were greeted by Angie.

At least half of the machines we tried to use did not work then the ticket counters that give you a receipt for your points all but one were full. It's 7 on a weeknight it's not packed but there are paying customers in here. And a sad when you're trying to give your kid some birthday fun when they begged to come and these people can't make sure machines are working and clean out the ticket counters.
We get to a table and go to get drinks and there is no ice. Waited and waited none even after asking.
