Too crowded. Takes way too long to get food . Chicken was hot and tasted good but it was hard to find a table not covered in greasy finger prints and chicken crumbs. Not enough staff to keep up with cleaning.
Enjoyed the chicken tenders, toast, onion rings and fresh side salad. My wife has the same, choosing fries instead of onion rings. Enjoy being able to custom mix my beverage. I still haven't finessed creating a customized beverage at the drink machine, but I really appreciates the ability to custom mix my personal beverage. This is our 3rd or 4th visit at our local Zaxbys in Horn Lake, MS
I always get the grilled chicken cobb salad, I think its the best fast food salad aound, hands down. But this location was fine. It was clean and fast service when I went there.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS LOCATION! THE EMPLOYEE WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WILLING TO PLAY 20 QUESTIONS. THE EMPLOYEE AT THE WINDOW SEEMED TO BE EVEN FRIENDLIER. SERVICE WAS QUICK AND MOST IMPORTANTLY IS THAT THE FOOD TASTED GOOD!
Good food and the price is good too. Will recommend to others.
