Yeah last time I'll b stopping in. Seriously all I ordered was a shake. Had to wait in parking lot 15 mins cause they couldn't get it done while at window....time to clean house folks. Too many better options around.
If you go through the drive-thru, you are ALWAYS asked to pull into a parking space to wait for your food to come out.
It takes two to three longer than it should to get your food. 20 - 45 min is crazy.
I do have to say that the food is always good and hot and their staff is always friendly and helpful.
Great service, and food. The $5 menu is exceptional. I received a double cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, french fries, cookie and drink for $5
I've seen people stand at the counter waiting to order for 15+ minutes. Then to wait 30 minutes to get their food for 2 people.
The food was great once we got it. The service was HORRIBLE! Staff sitting around in lobby when we walked in. No one moved n no one was at the counter. I looked into the kitchen and when the cook saw me he said somebody at the counter. One staff person who was standing in the lobby came past us and went behind the counter and into the kitchen, then she came back and asked may I help you just as we were about to leave. No receipt given either. Was I suppose to ask for one?
The cashier was EXTREMELY rude. She had absolutely no manners and no customer service skills. The food was slightly warm, if that. And we did NOT receive a receipt. Service was SO much better when this establishment first opened. The service is trash now.
