This was the worst Cracker Barrel I have ever been to. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. 40 minutes for our food and was told because someone in our party ordered off the breakfast menu that was why it took so long. Ask several servers to speak to a manager. Waited another 20 minutes or so no manager came. Asked again for manager, she came to the table beside us, spoke to them then walked off. Just as we are leaving manager shows up. The lady in our party who ordered the breakfast when she finally got her food it was cold. She sent it back. Never eat at store # 168. This store is in South Haven Mississippi
Excellent service!!! Staff is attentive, the restaurant and store are very tidy. Food is really delicious. Brought out hot, with very small wait time. Restrooms were well kept.
The hamburger steak was good. The greens were surprisingly good. The cornbread muffins were good but the biscuits were slightly too doughy inside. The chocolate cake made with coke was good but super sweet. The only real disappointments were the lemonades....way too bitter.
We absolutely love Cracker Barrel! This is the #1 go to place anywhere to stop and eat. This trip we stopped in Southhaven, Ms and the service was EXCELLENT! The waitress was very intenitive on making sure we had everything we needed so thank you Ms. Jasmine! The food is always fantastic! As long as cracker barrel is around, We'll be there!
This was the best visit in a long time! Our server, Victoria was awesome! She so professional, yet very kind and personal. The food was amazing! This was the first time I have had beautiful pancakes at a Cracker Barrel. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast experience!
